At Polycspremiumpcos.com, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Return and Refund Policy was last updated on January 13th, 2023.
Need to make a return?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll gladly provide you with a store credit equal to the amount paid for the product you are returning.
Please keep in mind that our products are natural supplements and we recommend giving them 2-4 months of consistent use for best results before deciding to return them. Due to safety and sanitation concerns, we are unable to resell or reuse returned products and therefore do not offer refunds. Only one exchange per order is allowed and orders are no longer eligible for return after 30 days from receipt.

To set up a return, please visit our return portal and have your order number handy. For international returns, please email us at [enter email] with your order number and the email address associated with the order. We ask that you pay for the return shipping and we'll provide store credit for the retail value of the item once we receive it back at our warehouse. Don't forget to provide us with the tracking number for the return order.
International Returns
For our international customers, we understand that returning a product can be difficult, so we want to make the process as easy as possible for you. We are happy to provide store credit for your return as long as the product is returned in its original condition. We ask that you please pay for the shipping to send the item(s) back to our warehouse. Once we receive the order back at our warehouse, we will provide store credit for the retail value of the item. To ensure a smooth return process, please provide us with the tracking number for the return order. This way we can track the package and make sure that we receive it in a timely manner.
Did your product arrive damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, please take a picture of the damaged goods and email it to us at contact@polycspremiumpcos.com. We'll provide a paid return label to ship the product back to us and get another order on the way.
Need to cancel a subscription?
If you need to cancel a subscription, you can do so by managing your account in the top right-hand corner of our website. You can swap, skip a month, or cancel at any time. You will receive an email 3 days prior to every shipment, allowing you to make any necessary changes before the next shipment. Subscription orders are final sales and not eligible for exchange.
