Milk is FULL of hormones!! Milk naturally contains estrogen and progesterone in small amounts. With a hormone imbalance such as PCOS, cows milk can cause some unwanted issues such as acne and stomach upset. High consumptions of milk may also worse insulin resistance.
There are many affordable milk alternatives that may be used just be sure to read labels to ensure that it says UNSWEETENED. Below are some acceptable product substitutions that can be found at either Walmart or local grocery stores.

Unsweetened Almond Milk - Either Silk or Almond Breeze brand
Unsweetened Coconut Milk - SO Delicious unsweetened coconut milk
Unsweetened Soy Milk- Silk Brand
Heavy Cream Substitute- Thia Brand coconut milk
