Shipping policy

Standard Shipping Times

For orders within the USA, our standard shipping time is 5-8 business days. However, please note that during busy periods such as holidays or sales, shipping times may be longer than usual. We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days and ship Monday - Friday.

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can check the shipping cost at checkout before placing your order. Shipping in the US is $6.00.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website. If you do not see your confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If you want to track your package - Track Your Package

Delivery

We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages caused by the carrier. However, if your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at contact@polycspremiumpcos.com and we will do our best to assist you.

International Shipping Outside the USA

By default, we ship all international orders via USPS. However, if UPS, DHL, or FedEx offer a cheaper shipping option, we will ship with them. If you prefer to ship with a different carrier, please select that option at checkout. Additionally, we declare the value of the goods at a lower value to help reduce import and customs duties.

Please note that standard shipping with USPS can take anywhere from 21-38 days, although it may take longer during busy periods or unforeseen circumstances. If you need your order faster, we offer expedited shipping with DHL, which typically takes 3-14 days and often arrives sooner than expected.

Customer may be responsible for declaring product and any postage/custom fee's that are not included in purchase.

PolyC's may be declared as " PolyC's Dietary supplement" at $15 per bottle.
